Lacquer coatings

 

1. Impregnation.
It is important even at this stage to use the correct substances in order to get the long-term performance of wooden windows under exterior exposure. Glassohyd is a wood preservative for protection against fungi EN 113 I EN151 T3, and by its help we get so important base for long-term preservation of conifer and other wood species with low resistance.
2. Primer.
Due to low-molecular polymer resin technology of Glazurit our windows get their durability. The primer easily penetrates far down into the wood and thus ensures outstanding anchorage of the finish to the substrate. The timber gets steadiness and its fibers get fixed.
With the priming coat a surface can be smoothed easily and perfectly. This technology is used for lasur and white paint primers.
3. Intermediate coatings.
For intermediate coating different products can be used on customer’s request. We can use both colorless and pigment intermediate coats, which perfectly fill pores and isolate timber. Thus we ensure efficiency of our production process.
4. Lasur finishing coats.
For finish coating we can use a wide range of Glazurit products that are designed to ensure very good weather resistance. Only coats of high flexibility guarantee protection against severe weather conditions and long-term performance. Even hail cannot damage the surface covered with Glazurit. High quality, transparent, ferric oxide pigments give excellent surface as well as UV protection. Additional UV absorbers neutralize the residual UV and as a result we get a long-term protection whatever the weather.
5. Vanish finish coats.
Glazurit vanishes possess the same properties as Glazurit lasur coatings.
The products are designed so as to make their usage highly efficient. They ensure high results no matter to what wood species they are applied.
